About the event

From October 9 to 12, SOMIRO, a Horizon 2020 project is organising the SOMIRO School on “Miniaturized and soft robots” consists of a 4-day program balancing frontal and practical lessons, plus some networking and social activities. The main topics discussed will be innovations in the robotics sector and characterization at the nano-scale in an industrial environment, with special attention to the transfer of the knowledge acquired in SOMIRO. Networking with companies and other European-funded projects to discover future opportunities in the robotics market will be encouraged.

SOMIRO School is addressed to high-degree students and young researchers, partners of other EU-funded projects, and professionals in the robotics sector all over Europe.

Every participant will be allowed to present their work in every day’s poster session!
