However, challenges arise as evidence suggests potential diversity biases and a lack of effective legal remedies to ensure a fair AI-driven hiring process.

What is this workshop about?

The workshop "The ambitions and limitations of AI-driven recruitment and selection: Unfolding fairness and diversity bias" provides a cutting-edge platform for scholars and experts to engage in discussions regarding the ambitions and limitations of AI applications in the labor market, specifically in recruitment and selection.
