BonsAPPS is an EU-funded H2020 project that will help SMEs in their digitalization process by allowing them to access and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) in an easy and affordable way through Bonseyes AI Marketplace, a high-quality AI-as-a-Service Platform that reduces time and cost of AI@Edge development, and can be used to develop AI@Edge solutions.  

With its BonsAPPs last Open Call that accepts applications until 2nd of November 2022 at 17:00 CET (Brussels Time), BonsAPPs aims to select up to 11 small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) with a clear idea of how AI at Edge can be applied in their company. Applicants should have a minimum knowledge of Edge Solution and demonstrate availability of good-quality (preferable commercial) data in order to be able to reach the expected results within 6 months of the support programme. 

The Adopter companies that lack internal capacities for the development or scale-up of AI at Edge solutions will get a 6-month support from BonsAPPs team (an assigned technical mentor) that will help them to plan the use of Bonseyes Marketplace resources, define technical challenges and match with one of the AI Talent teams (more than 150 experts available!). On top of that, each selected Adopter will receive equity free grant of 74k EUR that will be divided into direct grant to cover SMEs costs, voucher for hiring the AI Experts, and voucher for using HPC resources.  

Who can apply?  

Individual companies, legally established in EU member states, the UK and the Northern Ireland or in one of the Associated Countries that have the status of an SME. 

Adopter SMEs should have a minimum knowledge about embedded devices (Edge) and demonstrate the availability of good-quality data (digital format as the minimum). 

What are the benefits?
