Beyond 10 internal HR with a high PhD rate, the company relies on a wide network of technologists, researchers, and serial entrepreneurs as well as strategic partnerships for product development, business planning, risk management, IP management, and marketing, with the aim of transforming ideas to Minimum Viable Product ready for the commercialization phase in less than 18 months through a tested development process.
