This is a guide about how to prepare tutorials for the AI4EU platform, so that they are accessible in three distinct ways:

• As a set of static pages (simply via the github web interface)
• As interactive, online, Jupyter notebooks (via Binder)
• Locally with an automatically configured environment (via Docker)

The guide covers both how to access and how to prepare content. Content preparation requires some familiarity with a number of tools, including Jupyter notebooks and Docker, which are not covered in the guide itself.
