Local AI has been established with the vision of using the technological advances of Artificial Intelligence and Geospatial Analytics in the promotion of Sustainability and the Green Transition. 

It is engaged with local authorities in the Peloponnese Region of Greece and it is aiming to  become a key partner of the local authorities in the EU Mission of Net Zero Cities by 2030, assisting in the planning and execution of the relevant program actions and Research Programs with tangible results in the local communities.

It is currently involved in the i-nergy project, working on the development of CNROpt, an AI based planning tool for the deployment and expansion of EV Charging Station Networks, aiming to optimize the resulting financial performance and the Quality of Experience of the Electric Vehicle owners when using the Charging Station Network for their needs.

Local AI is also working on the development of high performance Geospatial Models of Earth, Cities, Street Networks and Climate Sustainability KPIs in order to enable a multitude of Use Cases in the Green Transition and Urban Mobility areas.
