4th AI Community Workshop & AIDA Symposium | 26-27 June 2024, Thessaloniki, Greece
European Networks of Excellence Centres (#NoEs) in areas of #AI, #Data and #Robotics (ADR) came together to exchange updates on their work and future trends in AI research and development, with a focus on trustworthy AI that is human-centric, secure, and benefits all.
This gathering served as a platform to reflect on the achievements of European AI research and to chart the course for future advancements of AI in education, generative AI, AI-driven innovations and sustainability.
These nine networks have formed a key element of the AI-made-in-Europe strategy since 2020 and bridge the gap between research and industry: AI4Media, ELISE, HumanE-AI-Net, and TAILOR, along with the associated VISION coordination and support action, which run until 08/2024; ELSA, euROBIN, dAIEDGE, ENFIELD and ELIAS continue until 2026/2027.
