AI REGIO Industrial Faults Predictive Maintenance (IFPM)
A data analytics module that, leveraging Machine Learning techniques, processes all the data received from shopfloor to identify potential faults.
Consuming data produced from the shopfloor
- Subscribing and listening the data streams produced from the shopfloor
Performing an analysis aimed at identifying a possible failure or imminent malfunction
- Training of the adopted ML algorithm
- Use of Linear Support Vector Machine algorithm, which performs binary classification leveraging a supervised training set.
The application has been validated at two levels, laboratory (expert knowledge) and operational environment within AI-REGIO experiments. In this context, the application has been also integrated with the the AI REGIO Industry 5.0 platform.
Current Technology Readiness Level of the Asset is TRL 5 – technology validated in relevant environment.
