ICT48 Organizes a Development Workshop “AI in the Public Sector” in early Sept
ICT-48 projects TAILOR, VISION and CLAIRE AISBL will organize the first joint Theme Development Workshop “AI in the Public Sector”, which will take place via Zoom on the 7th and 9th of September 2021.
During these two half days, the participants will have the opportunity to discuss with other experts the importance and the use of AI in the Public Sector in a plenary session with expert presentations followed by focused discussions in smaller groups and breakouts sessions. Topics of the breakout sessions include AI for public safety and security, AI and law enforcement on a global scale, AI for urban mobility, AI for reliable statistics, AI for next-generation public services, and AI expertise in the public sector.
The joint workshop “AI in the Public Sector” aims to is to identify common goals between academia and the sector to define a strategic AI research and innovation roadmap.
The organizers are calling for the strong participation of experts from the AI4EU/ICT49 networks. Those who are interested to join the Theme Development Workshop can indicate their participation by filling out the online application form: Application for TDW AI in the Public Sector.
