Master in Artificial Intelligence: Law and Ethics of emerging technologies
The post-graduate Master on Artificial Intelligence (Universita Europea di Roma): law and ethics of emerging technologies aims to provide students with technical and legal skills on Artificial Intelligence, moving from the general categories of law and philosophical knowledge to then articulate in specific areas and models for current and future applications of A.I.
After providing students with basic skills will be, therefore, analyzed and in-depth legal affairs, but not only, mainly involved by the advent of A.I., with particular reference to: Technologies, – M.L, A.I. and evolutionary profile (IoT, Blockchain and DAO), Philosophy of the A.I., Ethics of the A.I., Sociology of the A.I, Economics, markets and taxation of the A.I, Constitutional and administrative law, Legal subjectivity, Intellectual properties, Protection of private life, Security etc.
